How Fundraising on Vexfund Works
Vexfund is the trusted place to fundraise for what you care about. With no pressure to hit your fundraising goal, but helpful tools to help you reach it, you can confidently start fundraising. Learn step-by-step what to expect—from writing your story and sharing your fundraiser to receiving the money raised.
Here’s what to expect when fundraising on Vexfund:
1. Follow the prompts to set up your campaign
a)Create/Register an account at our site
b)Login to your account and verify your account by clicking "User Verify" button
c)Click Fundraise button or Campaign List to create a new campaign
d)Add title and content of your campaign. Set goal amount and deadline (If your campaign has no deadline, do not set it)
e)Finally, publish your campaign and wait for it to be approved to go live. Please always verify account before creating any campaign.
Post your campaign more broadly by using its link, sharing in-person with a printable poster, or writing a letter to people you know.
Continue to share your campaign each day to help reach your goals
3. Withdraw your donations/funds
Withdraw your funds (you don’t need to hit your fundraising goal to receive your money)
To withdraw your donations from your account, follow steps below;
a). Log in to your account, go to dashboard
b). Click Withdraw Logs
c). Click New Withdraw
d). Select Cause/Campaign
e). Insert withdraw amount and select your preferred withdraw method. You will see your withdraw-able balance below withdraw amount.
f). Then wait for our payment support to process your withdraw request. This usually takes 2 hours to finalize your withdraw request

Always submit Medical Documents under MEDICAL CATEGORY only while creating your new campaign. If its not a medical campaign, do not submit medical documents
